How to Enable and Configure Split Screen Function?

The Screen Split feature allows you to divide your display horizontally into two sections, showing multiple product visuals or promotions side by side. When two sensors are triggered within a set duration, the screen automatically splits to highlight both products.

➡️ Device > Select Device > Settings > Split Screen > Toggle On > OK > Update

🔹 Enable Screen Split

  1. Go to the Split Screen tab in the device Settings.

  2. Toggle Enable Screen Split to On.

  3. When enabled, the screen will automatically split into two halves if two sensors are triggered within the set Accept Duration.

If no second sensor is detected, the product image will remain full screen.

🔹 Configure Timings

Split Screen Accept Duration

  • Defines how long the system waits for a second sensor trigger.

  • Example: If set to 10 seconds, the screen will split only if a second sensor is triggered within 10 seconds.

  • Adjustable range: 1–180 seconds.

Split Screen Show Duration

  • Defines how long the split-screen view remains active before returning to full screen.

  • Example: If set to 5 seconds, the split-screen layout will remain visible for 5 seconds.

  • Adjustable range: 1–180 seconds.

🔹 Save Changes

  1. Click OK to apply the new settings.

  2. Click Update to save the configuration to your device.

  3. The app may restart briefly to apply the changes.

⚠️ Important

Don’t forget to add split-screen images to your products based on your display orientation and resolution.
For best results, prepare matching image pairs that align with your device’s split-screen layout (horizontal or vertical).
