How to Start with the Pick 'n' Watch™ Dashboard?

Learn how to log into the Pick 'n' Watch Dashboard, edit your profile, and navigate through the Dashboard interface.

 

Logging into the Pick 'n' Watch Dashboard:

  1. Go to picknwatch.com.
  2. Click the login button in the right corner.
  3. Type your username and password.

Editing Your Profile:

  1. To edit your profile, click the company name in the upper right corner.
  2. Then, click the "Edit Profile" button.
  3. You can change your email address, name, and title from this page.
  4. Click Save to apply the changes.

Changing Your Password:

  1. To change your password, click "Change Password" on the profile menu in the upper right corner.
  2. Enter your old password and then your new password twice.
  3. Click Save to confirm the password change.

Navigating through the Dashboard:

  1. Click the dashboard button on the left.
  2. To filter the data:
    1. Click "Select Filters" on the top left to filter the data by store, region, brand, or other listed parameters.
    2. To filter by specific dates, select a month and day on the top right.
    3. To filter by time frame, toggle the days on the top middle bar.
  3. Interaction counts are the large numbers found right under the time frame toggle bar. 
    1. Interaction Count - interactions for a specific time
    2. Interactions Launch to Date - total interactions since the beginning
  4. The charts on the left and right columns display data by Most Active Stores, Most Active Categories, and Most Active Brands.
    1. The pie charts on the left column display data in percentages.
    2. The graphs on the right column display data as Interaction Count by SmartTag count (i.e., store X with Y SmartTags has an interaction count of Z).
  5. The 2 bar graphs on the bottom display interactions by hour and by day.
  6. The Customer Interactions Heat Map shows interactions by the hours of the day.
  7. The Product Conversion Rates bar graph displays touch versus sales conversion rates compared to other products once sales data is uploaded.
  8. To download a chart, click on the download icon on the top right corner of each chart.
